Esme Primrose Wheeler

Esme Wheeler is an Animal Behaviour & Training Council (ABTC) Animal Training Instructor, a Pre-Certified Clinical Animal Behaviourist and candidate member of the Fellowship of Animal Behaviour Clinicians.

 

Esme has been working with professionally in the animal welfare sector for many years and holds a BSc (1st class Hons) from The University of York and an MSc (distinction) in Clinical Animal Behaviour from Lincoln University. She holds a PGCE and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

 

Esme is currently employed as the Science & Policy officer (RSPCA) for dog welfare and behaviour. Previously she has worked as a lead Clinical Animal Behaviourist (Ipswich Veterinary Centre), Behaviour Advisor (Wild at Heart Foundation) and as a consultant for animal welfare on external projects (Cat Royale).
